On the main level, you will find a welcoming living and sleeping area furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm, a dining table, and a well-equipped open kitchen featuring an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes this floor. On the lower ground floor, the layout opens up to 2 additional rooms: the first is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second room offers 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This level also features its own open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a second shower room with WC. Direct access from the lower ground floor leads out to a 20 m2 terrace and the shared swimming pool, where you can enjoy beautiful views of both the sea and the surrounding forest.
