The apartment is ready upon your arrival: linens (sheets and towels) are provided for the duration of your stay, the place has been cleaned, and supplies are available (coffee pods, tea, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent). Check-in is self-service, and Wi-Fi is included.

A dedicated concierge is available during your stay to answer your questions and assist you as needed.

On the ground floor, the accommodation consists of:

• The Pink Room with a 140x190 cm double bed, a 80x190 cm single bed, a shower, a sink, and a toilet. Please note that the single bed is suitable for a child and is not suitable for an adult.

You can enjoy a griddle, a tennis court, and a large terrace surrounding the unheated communal pool (open from May 1 to September 30), which measures 12 by 4 meters, along with its sun loungers and outdoor solar shower.

Parking spaces are available in front of the garage and the property. If these are occupied, a small parking lot across from the house is also available.

The property is ideally situated for relaxation, with a local market just a 6-minute walk away. Nature lovers can reach Lake Labouheyre in 3 minutes by car, the Arjuzanx National Nature Reserve in 26 minutes, or Mimizan Plage in 36 minutes.
