Nice location on the coast

We had a nice stay at the Ayana. Excellent location and facilities. The room was spacious and comfortable The only negative point for us was how incredibly expensive the drinks at the restaurants were, especially for Indonesia; similarly with tours and transfer which were 3x more expensive than independent operators

Great hotel!

Totally loved it and the kids had a great time at the variety of restaurants and the kids club. Hotel is well kept and amenities are comprehensive. Will be my hotel of choice in Komodo in future.

We stayed for 3 nights at Ayana, all of-the amenities and facilities are so full-filling, for sure this place is highly recommended. We had a bit trouble, our flight got cancelled..but Ayana welcomed us back, Igi from the front desk was so helpful. So we stayed one more night and had a pleasant time. Don’t forget to visit “Kisik” the romantic seafood restaurant, Naga bar by the pier and enjoy the Sunset from the lobby lounge…

Staying at AYANA Komodo Resort was such a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location really stole the show during our trip. We were lucky enough to be on the fourth floor, and the views from there were simply stunning! The pool was amazing and a perfect spot to relax. The only area where I think there could be some improvement is with the food options and prices. They seemed a bit high compared to other spots on the island, and the variety was somewhat limited, especially when it came to beef (we found out they were all out during our stay!). The chicken options were a bit basic too. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to my friends and family!

I didn't want to leave

This is such a gorgeous hotel - super friendly staff, massive rooms with stunning views over the pool, sea and islands, and great food. Food and drink is on the pricey side (compared to elsewhere in Indonesia, even touristy places in Bali) but the service was impeccable - particularly from Heri at the pool bar who was always smiling and made our day! The hotel is almost perfect - the only thing missing were recycling bins and filtered tap water, meaning that plastic water bottles were provided and binned daily. We wish we could have stayed longer.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Luxurious and beautiful. Incredible dining options. We loved unique bar for cocktails and shisha, and honzen for dinner. The staff is so friendly and attentive. We loved being able to jump into the water off the over water deck. The pool is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend!! We wish we stayed more than one night.

An absolutely beautiful stay. While the food is not as outstanding as the Ayana in Bali, it was good (but not amazing). The property itself is beautiful and incredibly scenic and they offer many tours provided by the hotel. We chose to do a tour provided by an outside party, but they gave us an excellent breakfast box to go with us and it made that tour so much better (it felt like we had the best breakfast box of the entire group). This was such an relaxing stay and the service was excellent. We loved it.

Truly unforgettable stay at the beach resort-Ayana

I had an excellent hotel experience, with exceptionally courteous staff across all departments—from the front office to the F&B team, including room service and housekeeping. Jenifer, from the hotel tour help desk, was incredibly helpful, offering thoughtful recommendations for tours that perfectly suited my girlfriend and me. Max, the hotel lifeguard and snorkelling guide, also played a key role in making our stay memorable.

I don’t do reviews, but I really enjoyed this hotel! Initially I booked 2 nights and was gonna try another hotel, but I really like the place and I didn’t want to leave. The staff was amazing and very tentative. The place just made me feel relaxed and I needed that.

One of the best resorts I’ve stayed in with all necessary amenities within the resort itself. A perfect place for a wellness vacation. The staff are constantly checking up on your wellness and comfort of stay as well. Town is only a 10 mins drive away but most of the activities can be booked from the resort itself. Will definitely come back here.

The location of the Hotel was fantastic. Nice clear water to snorkel from the hotel jetty. Their marine division actively plants corals that attract the vibrant marine life there. Compared to snorkeling there 2 years ago the corals have grown and there are more marine life to see. Not so good is the increase in rubbish in the water now. Seems noticeably more then 2 years ago too. Staff were fantastic. Took food allergies seriously and catered or warned us if our selection contained those allergens. My bro got bad jellyfish stings around his wrist whilst swimming with the manta rays the day before, and while we were discussing it at the breakfast table, one of the supervisors saw and overheard our conversation and called their first aider for advice and brought a vinegar spray which worked wonders in settling the redness and discomfort on his wrist. Very happy to recommend this hotel for their excellent service and care.

This hotel is a joy. The place is kept in pristine condition. The view is breathtaking and the staff is focused on making you happy. We love our stay. We took the cruise to see the Komodo Dragons. It’s a bit pricey compared to local economy. We had the boat to ourselves and the staff was top notch.
