The house is located approximately 2.5 kilometres from the Atlantic Ocean beaches and shops, and 3 kilometres from Lake Lacanau, offering an ideal balance between tranquillity and access to water activities, cycle paths and resort entertainment. A private parking area is located at the entrance of the residence, facilitating parking.



On the ground floor, the living area offers a friendly living space with armchairs, a sofa bed for two people and a television, opening onto a functional kitchen area. This is equipped to allow an autonomous stay, with a dining space and all the necessary equipment for preparing meals during the holidays.



Upstairs, the sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed and storage, as well as a second bedroom equipped with bunk beds and wardrobes, ideal for accommodating children. A bathroom with a shower, washbasin and WC completes the set.
