This 234m2 villa offers a very beautiful living space (kitchen, dining room, living room), 5 welcoming bedrooms, which can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, 3 shower rooms, 1 bathroom and 4 toilets.

As soon as you walk through the front door, you will be enchanted by this bright and warm living space, built in the idea of a boat, all in wood, with its large glazed spaces which flood the villa with natural light, views overlooking the swimming pool and its large wooden terrace creating a welcoming and soothing atmosphere.
The garden is a haven of peace, equipped with garden furniture (deckchairs, deckchairs, lounge), a gas plancha for convivial evenings. The 30m2 covered terrace offers the ideal place to enjoy your meals outdoors in all circumstances.
Inside, the villa offers all the necessary comfort. The fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and Nespresso, electric hob, etc.) is perfect for preparing delicious meals. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided for your convenience. The villa is also equipped with a washing machine to make your stay even more convenient.
Upstairs, you will find the sleeping area and bathrooms, distributed as follows:
