Located in the magnificent bay of Marina de Talaris in Lacanau, this typical wooden house in the Marina has 5 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms with WCs. Total capacity of the property: 10 people. Offering 150m² + 2 wooden terraces of 30m² each, on a 700m² plot, not overlooked.
In the Marina area, travellers have access to the ‘sports hamlet’, offering:
- heated outdoor swimming pool 27°C (open from 15/06 to 15/09)
- 4 tennis courts (reservation required)
- Bar/restaurant
- Petanque court
- Multi-sports ground
- Yoga and tennis lessons and courses (extra charge)
- Sandy beach on the lake
The house is laid out as follows:
