Dated and very in need of attention.

The place was dated. The hot tub didn’t work and and the pool had a leak so the water was very low. The patio was dirty and the pool was dirty—in desperate need of refacing. The cable cord had been cut by landscape workers and didn’t get fixed until our 4th day there.
