The staff was very welcoming and warm. There was nothing WRONG, but this is the third or fourth Hampton Inn we’ve been to, and it was definitely not on par with the others.

For arriving, I tried to call for about 10 minutes back to back to inform them of my late check in and to ask them a few other questions and nobody would answer. Then I arrive and get in the room and the beds were only half made, there wasn’t any towels only rags and a hand towel. There was hair on the shower wall and the part of the shower head that shows the different modes kept falling off. Definitely not impressed with our stay!
