Bay D Townhouse With Roof Top Jacuzzi and Sea Views

This newly constructed duplex apartment is just a short walk to Carvoeiro and the beach. Stylish and modern in design, the furnishings and decor are light and perfect for the sea front location. The house is furnished with impeccable taste



The master bedroom boasts a king size bed with stylish ensuite and stunning views out to the sea.

There is a further comfortable double room and twin bedroom that shares access to the bathroom next door.



The downstairs twin room is spacious and has an ensuite and dressing area. All bedrooms have aircon.



On the first floor there is a second quiet living area complete with comfortable sofas that look out to the sea. Off the upstairs living area, there is a staircase that gives you access to the large roof terrace where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea and there is a jacuzzi on the roof terrace. There are several external areas in which to enjoy the sunshine.



There is an underground car park and a communal swimming pool including children's pool.



Carvoeiro is a a great family area!



You can walk to everything but there is also a local bus service.



PS: The Jacuzzi is currently out of service due to a technical issue.

Beautiful townhouse in a fantastic location. Easy walk down the hill for the beach and dinner, great views of the sea, and a jacuzzi to relax after a day out exploring. Carvoeiro is a perfect location to explore the Algarve with a car, and via hiking trails right nearby. Really appreciated the size and cleanliness of the house. Only thing I would recommend is it could use some dishes/cups/silverware for younger kids. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely Spring Break

Beautiful townhouse in a fantastic location. Easy walk down the hill for the beach and dinner, great views of the sea, and a jacuzzi to relax after a day out exploring. Carvoeiro is a perfect location to explore the Algarve with a car, and via hiking trails right nearby. Really appreciated the size and cleanliness of the house. Only thing I would recommend is it could use some dishes/cups/silverware for younger kids. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely Stay

Can't beat watching the NYE fireworks from our hot tub! Tip for this beautiful place: bring slippers, as all the floors are VERY cold marble or tiles. Excellent communication and clear instructions. Corvoeiro itself was very quiet with many places closed for the winter.

We had a great time staying here. Check in was easy and the garage was convenient. The interior is very nice, and there is plenty of room. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were good. The hottub on the roof was amazing. You can see the ocean and cliffs from the rooftop. The location is great, it’s a couple minutes walk down to the beach and plenty of restaurants. There are incredible hiking trails along the cliffs that you can walk too as well. It’s not a far drive to other cities/towns, and with guaranteed parking in the garage, it’s a good home base for visiting algarve.

Had a weeks stay here as a group of 8 girls. Amazing location and a lot to do nearby. The accommodation was lovely and was exactly like the pictures advertised. A lot of space, pretty views and the pool area was very nice. Really helpful responses from Katherine, who let us extend our check out to suit our flight easier. The only downsides was the fact we have no shade at all for our accommodation, and a canopy might be a helpful touch. But this was nothing too big and wouldn’t put us off booking again. We all had a really lovely time.

Very nice place which is in a great location. The view from the roof terrace is a dream. ☀️💕 The stand can be reached in no time. 🏖️ We missed a few things in the kitchen (Sharp knives, better/unbroken pans, dish towels, pot holders, coasters,...) The wifi/internet had not worked on the first night. The next day, someone came by right away to fix it. Thank you very much. A couple of us had to work. In summary, the place was perfect for us. And those who like a lot of decor etc. will feel comfortable here. 😉

The location looking across Carvoeiro was superb. The accommodation itself was really clean and in a great location for us. We like to spend our time in the town as well as Monte Carvoeiro so the apartment is in an ideal location between the two. While we were away, we lost our water supply for a period of time. I know that Elite look after a number of the properties on the site and were already aware of the problem when I called to enquire about it. It might have been helpful if you had sent an email / text to everyone staying in the affected apartments once you were first aware, and then updated as and when more info became available. This issue didn’t impact us a great deal, as we made alternative plans for the day while this was going on but it would have been better if you’d been more proactive. The issue certainly didn’t spoil our stay, and everyone we spoke to at Elite were really helpful and friendly - it’s just a suggestion should something similar happen in the future.

Logement très propre. À 5 minutes de la plage de Carvoeiro. Stationnement sous terrain facile d'accès et accommodant. Terrasse avec spa et vue à couper le souffle. Hôte qui répond très rapidement. Nous avons cassé la clé dans la serrure et quelqu'un s'est déplacé avec une nouvelle clé en 20 minutes! Bref nous n'avons rien à redire à propos de notre séjour! Tout a été parfait!

Estadia no Carvoeiro

A casa correspondeu às expectativas e fotos apresentadas. De facto, a mesma, possui boas áreas, conforto e silêncio. Tem uma boa localização, relativamente à praia e ao centro do Carvoeiro. Talvez, em termos de limpeza profissional, pudesse ser melhor. O check-in foi demorado, pois a proprietária desconhecia quando eu iria chegar, o que não deveria aconteccer.
