This newly constructed, to a very high standard, spacious 4-bedroom villa is situated on the Boavista championship 18-hole golf course overlooking the 13th fairway. Air-conditioned, heated, patio furniture, BBQ, and private heated swimming pool. Ecological features: solar panels for hot water, photovoltaic panels and synthetic grass to save water and energy. Full daily service. Access to the golf club, bar, restaurant, Spa with large indoor pool, sauna and gym, tennis courts, archery, and a well-equipped child play area (a discount card will be provided on arrival).

We were very impressed with the property. It was immaculately clean and well equipped. The location was excellent. We have stayed at Boavista previously and our opinion of the area has not changed. The only thing we would say is that it would be useful to have an information pack in the villa, giving information of, for example local taxi companies and how to separate the trash.

Fantastic house and location!!

This house is located in an absolutely beautiful community! The house and pool were inviting and so comfortable. Various grocery stores are less than 10 minutes away and the house is only 9 minutes to downtown Lagos (we went for gelato every night) and there is a huge free parking lot that fit our large van! We visited many cities during our stay! Highlights were the cliffs at Sagres, Bahia Beach Bar (in Lagos) was touristy but good food and we rented lounge chairs for naps after lunch, Porto do Mos was gorgeous and less than 10 minutes from the house! We grabbed a picnic and rented chairs;) what a dream! This is a fantastic place and this house was an awesome home base!! Communication with owner was great and we would definitely come back!!

Family holiday

My husband and I stayed here with family including two children under the age of 5. This villa was spotless throughout with loads of space. The villa is modern and comfortable with a nice pool and sun loungers. We used Uber to travel to local supermarkets to get groceries which worked really well, the bistro offer a take away service, we used the bistro a couple of times for evening meals and the food was delicious. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook meals in the villa. The beach in Luz is stunning and worth a visit, we had one day in Luz it is a lovely little town with nice places to eat and drink. We will most definitely return here for a family holiday again, I wish we could have came back for a second holiday this year!

Fantastic villa, everything you could need!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's property. The house was immaculate and very well presented. The house was really well equipped, with a great and BBQ and pool - it ticked everyone's boxes! The rooms were very spacious and all with their own bathrooms which was great. Also several supermarkets a short drive away. Would absolutely recommend the house. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful getaway

We had a wonderful time in Lagos. The home was clean, bright and spacious. A private pool was a luxury, especially for the children. The only difficulty we had was figuring out the washer/dryer combo. Michael was a great host who was very quick to respond to our inquiries.

Uma estadia calma e bastante agradável

Localização muito boa, situado num condomínio bastante calmo, amplo e muito bonito, com piscinas, restaurantes e campos de golf! Piscina a 1min a pé da casa, várias praias a 6min de carro. Casa muito bem decorada, bastante limpa e com excelentes condições! Uma estadia muito agradável num sítio maravilhoso para férias e descanso.
