I actually didnât stay here, still waiting on a refund from there after such a horrible experience. If I could give negative stars I actually would, I have never seen such unprofessional behavior in my life. To the owner of the Atrium if youâre not careful the managers you hired would ruin your business. I booked my room on November 10th for November 14th and when I arrived the lady at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about (it wasnât her fault but the two unprofessional managers Mr Promise and Mr Alex put the blame on her). As for vivian the lady responsible for checking all your Expedia bookings as far as I am concerned is inefficient, silly and should not be in charge of anything , because after arriving from an international flight, I sat in the lobby for over an hour and they could not proffer any results. Mr Alexâs response to all of this was to bump me to another room and that I should pay the extra amount for what i didnât request for. This is not my first time at your hotel but this would be the last time.
If you want good service please avoid the Atrium hotel, theyâre not dependable and they would leave you stranded, without a plan and ask you to pay for their mistake.
Avoid at all cost!
