Señor Javier was a gracious and attentive host with a wonderful smile. We wished we had planned a longer stay at this beautiful castle/hotel. The view from both our room and the tower was spectacular. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was huge, and Javier lays out a delicious breakfast. If we ever come back to this area, we will stay here!

Historic wine stay
Publié le 6 juill. 2023 sur HotelsCastillo El Collado is a historic building with modern amenities. It is like staying in the castle of Beauty and the Beast. It has a tower that is the second highest level in LaGuardia (first is the church). Tower has 360 degree view (breathtaking). Our host Javier was very accommodating and helpful. Car parking is on street or in nearby lots. Our room was very romantic, a four poster bed with “curtains”. LaGuardia is a very laid back village, but it has many restaurants and bodegas in the town, and within 10 minutes drive. Go there for wine tasting and to experience the slow life.
