Just what hospitality should be! We loved our stay. Lovely breakfast each day, and enjoyed the jacuzzi style bathtub. I highly recommend the Ayres Hotel.

We always stay at The Ayres when visit parents in Laguna Woods. Have been coming here for the past 9 years. It's conveniently located, a great value, and comfortable and quiet. Beautiful courtyard/pool area.

Property was beautiful inside and out. Cozy fireplace outside was so nice to sit around and sip wine while chatting with family. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, especially enjoyed the make your own waffles! The cook was so friendly and accommodating. Rooms were a good size and we appreciated the nice hair products and body wash as well as the coffee maker. King size bed was a plus however the mattress could be more comfortable. Sheets and comforter white and fresh but slightly scratchy. Had the bedding been just a tad more comfortable I would have given the review 5 stars. Overall it was a great choice. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Nice place to stay.

Shower was hot and strong and the bed was comfortable. The lobby and grounds are very nice and the breakfast with made to order eggs was great. Unfortunately, the hall on the 2nd floor leading to our room had a very foul, rotten smell to it. Luckily, it did not permeate our room
