This townhouse features a beautifully upgraded well-equipped kitchen with a large granite island and all-new stainless appliances, perfect for couples who enjoy cooking. New custom tile accents and light wood flooring throughout connect the exterior front and rear lanais to the cozy beach house which are perfect for entertaining guests or simply enjoying the sunsets and treasured views. This is all just a stone's throw from the ocean shoreline, meaning walks along the beach or romantic picnics are always an option. Feel free to take a dip in the pool as well if you'd like to swim or snorkel in the ocean beach access. Refresh in two refurbished main-floor baths with elegant walk-in showers or relax in the soaker tub upstairs.


The Beds include: the master bedroom and 2nd floor both have - king-size beds. Living room sofa sleeper is available for additional guests or perfect for kids. Besides the BIG screen in the living room, all rooms have individual air conditioners and fans. You can stay connected while vacationing because this unit has an office center with a desk, free high-speed internet, and wireless access.


We are located in a lush tropical setting in a private gated colony of low-rise, low density quality town houses (privately owned houses with no neighbors above or below) and share
28 acres of mature, majestic trees, exquisite gardens, manicured lawns, and many dozens of graceful palms framing the Pacific Ocean along the sunny south shore of Lahaina in West
Maui. This is truly the best weather on the Island! Stroll this magnificent pristine oasis and explore the botanical wonders with palm, banyan and mango trees and lush tropical
landscaping filled with exotic flowers. You will meander under the bursting canopy of mature royal Poinciana trees with vibrant red blossoms. The atmosphere is very relaxed
and ideal for those who want to retreat from the crowds into the serene quiet of an elegant neighborhood. Private and peaceful are fitting images for this complex.


The Lahaina fire affected some of the community townhouses and our historic clubhouse did burn. All utilities, including water, have been tested by the EPA and the utilities and the surrounding environment is safe.

Amazing Maui Sunrise with Ocean View

What a beautiful home. Fully stocked with everything you could possibly ask for. The best was the early morning as our room was lit by the rising of the sun. Electric curtains open to a view that is unexplainable. The home is clean and furnished perfectly. You’re so grateful for the opportunity to be able to stay. Aloha and Mahalo.

Vacasa is not good

When we checked in late, they gave us a LOCK BOX code which didn’t work (there was an old style lockbox right next to the door). We fussed with it for about 20 mins at 11pm trying not to wake the neighbours. Turns out it was a DOOR LOCK code, whoch we couldnt see behind the security door. We had a full reno happening next door, took Vacasa 8 days to respond to us. They gave us a 10% refund. Hung iver us the whole trip. Wont ever stay at a Vacasa property again.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT A PROPERTY!

First of all, I didn't realize Vaca was the property manager so I had to deal with them throughout this entire process. They were horrible. The house next door (with a shared wall) was under TOTAL CONSTRUCTION and I had to wait for DAYS as my children’s (3 yr & 3 month) health and safety were at risk due to EXTREME ON SITE NOISE AND METAL / PARTICLE DEBRIS ON OUR PROPERTY. My kids couldn't sleep & were crying with fear as our WALLS & ROOF WERE SHAKING. Men were on our property outside the glass doors (as I was breastfeeding my baby inside), standing on our roof & outside our bathroom window. Wood, metal & chemical debris are flying all over outside space. Overheard workers mention one just got out of prison & they are smoking & swearing in front of my 3-year-old. Concerned for my infant’s hearing with this extreme noise ALL DAY (I have audio recordings). OFFERING ME 20% OFF AT THE RISK OF MY KIDS’ SAFETY WAS A JOKE. We confirmed with both the contractor and the community office that this construction had been going on for a long time and the owners were aware of it for OVER A YEAR. Yet we were never informed of this before renting it.

The walk to Lahaina downtown for shopping and dinners was easy. We also enjoyed the quiet tranquility of the complex, watching the ocean sunsets and listening to the waves was a delight.

Lahaina Vacation

The Puamona resort is a superb location. Although our house was not directly on the beach, we were happy to be a short walk from downtown Lahaina and short drive from some amazing beaches. The house was suitable for our family of 5, although it could use a couple repairs (dishwasher and main shower head)and a good cleaning on the carpet. Overall a great experience though!
