The property was amazing and not overrun by tourist. It was absolutely perfect. My daughters had their own room and it was very spacious and beautiful. The only place I desire to stay when I travel to Maui again.

I wish someone would have told me this is not a hotel. This is a timeshare property. We enjoyed the views the sunshine and if you don’t wake up by 8 AM, you won’t enjoy a seat at the pool, we did go during a busy time so I’m sure that makes a difference. Inflation is real a small can of Red Bull was seven dollars and almost everything else There was triple what you would pay at a grocery store, but that’s to be expected you’re in Hawaii overall, we enjoyed ourselves.

Clean, good size room (ours was the 2 bedroom) , food and drinks were decent but not amazing. Everything was very expensive, possibly due to the holidays. Great location, nice beach right out front, easy snorkel gear rental and good towel service.

Had a great stay. Staff were friendly and quick to take care of whatever we asked for. Hotel restaurant was great with unbelievable sunset views every evening. Snorkeling in front of the hotel was great and the pop up craft fair brought quality vendors right to us. Loved it and will return again!

They are operating on minimal staff, so Customer Service is not what it used to be. They have moved the south breakfast buffet to the north property, and made it a mixture of buffet/serve. We really enjoyed the south property breakfast buffet where you can just go all you can eat when you want and get what you want. Also, your Marriott Bonvoy status doesn’t matter at the Western property, which is annoying. I suppose I can understand not honoring Marriott Bonvoy at Weston vacation, but they advertise the Marriott Bonvoy on the property.

Be aware there are three different properties next to each other. So make sure you’re at the right one before getting luggage out. Staff was wonderful!! Drinks at bar fabulous! Beach was kid friendly and safe with beautiful sunsets.

Very welcoming and friendly, room was absolutely amazing. Resort was beautiful and clean. Staff was also a delight, I had forgotten my sweater and they emailed me within days to let me know I had forgotten it and that they could ship it out to me. Definitely recommend! :)
