Terrible stay at this hotel. Management does not answer calls and is very rude. They have cut down frontline staff by 50%. The carpets and rooms are extremely dirty, and the entire building smells of smoke and dampness. The shower doors are broken, and the toilets, sinks, and carpets are badly stained. The food is terrible, buffet breakfast no one is there to serve or clear tables except one server Noreen who
Is the only person does knows how to treat customers.
and there is absolutely no customer service from anyone at this hotel.
I booked two rooms: one for myself and another for my mother’s relatives visiting from Pakistan.
Housekeeping was never done daily as promised, and staff lied about it being completed. Beds were not made, and the rooms remained extremely dirty. The front desk manager lacks any customer service skills. The frontline staff appear frustrated, as only two people are expected to clean 69–80 suites. No one answer phone calls, you have to go down to reception if you need anything and it will take them hrs and days to send someone and you need to keep reminding them..
I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
