Tall pines press close to the windows, and from the moment you arrive, the hillside quiet of Blue Jay wraps around you - this is the kind of place where days slow down, mornings are made for coffee on the deck, and evenings fill up with laughter in the game room. Tucked into a cul-de-sac within the San Bernardino National Forest, this four-bedroom mountain home is built for groups who want both adventure and genuine rest.

We highly advise travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances, weather and travel delays. Contractually we must abide by our homeowners cancellation policies.

NOTE- During Winter Season, prior to your departure always go to Cal Trans to see what the roads and driving requirements are. During heavy snow we don`t have control over where the city plows snow and this could impact parking. We do have contracted snow plow for any snow sitting on the ground over 4`.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 8 guests across three levels. The top-floor primary bedroom features a king size bed, a private patio, and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. A second bedroom on this level offers two bunk beds with four twin beds - great for younger guests - with access to a shared bathroom. On the second floor, an additional bedroom includes a queen bedroom sits nearby, sharing a bathroom with a tub and shower.

Living spaces
Cathedral ceilings and large windows frame the main living area, drawing the forest right into the room. A gas and wood-burning indoor fireplace anchors the space, and a TV invites easy evenings in. Head downstairs to the game room - a dedicated entertainment level with a pool table that converts to ping-pong, an arcade game, its own fireplace, a seating area, TV, and direct patio access. It`s the kind of setup that keeps everyone under one roof, happily.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen handles group cooking with ease - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, baking sheet, and both a drip coffee maker and Keurig are all on hand. Cooking basics, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils round things out. Gather around the dining table for shared meals, board games, or slow mornings with the coffee that`s provided.

Outdoor setting
Private decks extend from multiple areas of the home, each one framing a different angle of the surrounding forest and mountain views. A private patio or balcony, a private backyard, outdoor furniture, and a gas BBQ grill give you plenty of space to spread out. The property backs directly onto hiking trails within the San Bernardino National Forest - step outside and you`re already there.

Location & lake access
Set in the Blue Jay community of Lake Arrowhead, you`re a short drive from local dining, grocery stores, cafés, and Lake Arrowhead Village with its shops and seasonal events. Two ALA passes are provided, giving your group access to the private walking trails around the lake - up to 10 guests total (5 per pass). Along the trail you`ll find sandy lake access points, docks to admire, and fishing spots. Note that the private beach clubs (Burnt Mill and Tavern Bay) are accessible to homeowners only - but the little sandy areas between the docks are yours to enjoy. Waterskiing lessons are available through McKenzie Water Ski School in the village.

Amenities & practicalities
The home includes Wifi, Ethernet connection, central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans for year-round comfort. A washer, dryer, iron, and full linen setup are provided, along with a dedicated workspace in a common space. Families will appreciate the crib and Pack `n Play available upon request. Exterior security cameras (Front Door and Backdoor Ring Camera), smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are all in place. Free driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles and self check-in via smart lock make arrival easy.

A few things to know
Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is at 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available at no extra fee - just ask and we`ll do our best to accommodate. The home is keyless entry; a unique code is issued prior to each reservation. Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay; a mid-stay clean is available for an additional fee. The property has HOA noise limit requirements - bring your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy music outdoors. We do not recommend shipping packages directly to the home.

Pet policy: No cats. Certain non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs may be considered at an additional fee.
