Horrible!!! DO NOT STAY here!! Theresa the front desk employee with salt and pepper hair harrassed me during my 7 day stay that I booked through Expedia. I planned my trip from New York to California for a month. I plan on going to my home, I own, in NY before Christmas 2026. She called the California Police on me, and tried to have me arrested. She lied to the California Police and said I was trying to harm myself. I am a 43 year old woman who loves my life!!! I have NEVER tried or even said I wanted to hurt myself. NEVER! She had the 2 police officers who were horribly mean to me ( 1 of them kept saying I DONT care!) Hevwas atleast 6'4" ) I am 5'2" and 105 lbs. He yelled at me to pack my belongings months worth) and they put me out on the street. The police officer told me that I was not aloud to stay there anymore and I was not to be on the property or I would fo to jail. He threatened me 3 times to go to jail while he was yelling at me to Hurry up while i was packing. I jad to leave my foid behind thst i bough at the store because of his shouting. I was soooooooo scared!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am out here alone for my 1st time in a brand new state and this is the treatment I get? So yeah negative 5 stars. The only issue was Theresa. I prayed at the mean police officer while I was running around packing everything up. Everything is on video on my phone and police officers. I Prayed upon leaving with Theresa. God bless. 🙏

The room could use some updating, especially the bathroom. The hot tub by the pool wasn't in working order but we weren't made aware until we arrived for check in (and this was a specific feature we were looking for in a hotel for the weekend). Our night of sleep was awful. The room next to us had their TV sooooo loud, we could hear every word, song, racing car, thunderstorm, etc. from whatever they were watching. Finally at 12:30am I called the front desk, and they said they would call the room, but low and behold, at 2:30 am, myself, my hubby, and our three children were all wide awake listening to their TV still. We went downstairs to ask for ear plugs but they didn't have any, so we just dealt with it all night. Then in the morning, we arrived downstairs for breakfast at 9:15 (breakfast was until 10 on Sunday) and there were ZERO eggs, bacon, sausage, or potatoes, and the yogurt machine ran out as soon as I tried to get some for my daughter. Yes, they eventually brought more, but it was quite a wait and one item came out at a time. Overall, this was a very poor experience. We have usually had very good experiences with Best Western, but not this location.

The Good: Staff was great. Bed was comfortable. Parking easy. Price was good. Hot breakfast convenient. Several close restaurants. Not So Good: Office chair uncomfortable. Some hot breakfast items worth skipping (omelet, bacon). Bathroom dated. Sofa uncomfortable for sitting (aren't most sofa beds?). Because I stayed in most of the time, I found it hard to get comfortable except for sitting on the bed. For sleeping the room is good.

The room was clean and comfortable. Two types of pillows. No extra blanket in the room, I like my head to be cold, but the rest of me cozy. My problems with this hotel: No ice maker on the 2nd floor, then a front desk person had a lame answer as to when it would be fixed. Next, the gym smelled so badly of sewer that I could not use it—same lame person at the desk who had no intention of getting to the bottom of the problem. I called and spoke to a Best Western representative. That person at least listened.
