Terrible stay! The room lacked basic essentials like shampoo, body wash, and an iron/ironing board. When we asked for an iron, they made us get it at the front desk. Zero customer service skills from staff. They allowed us to check in early but then tried to have us check out by 8:30am. RIDICULOUS! 1/10 stars. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

They are trying their best. The beds are made carelessly, wasn't properly tucked, there was a burn of some sort in the blanket. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet so sitting was unstable. There was a blue film in the tub I asked them to remove, didn't clean all the hair which easier to do with a tissue. The bath towels are not full bath towels, there like for 10 year old. It smells of a roach spray, the pillows are like the $3.00 one and they don't want to put but two on each bed. They don't fit the bed size btw. They put two small soaps, no shampoo, conditioner and no iron. But when you need to rest and lay your head down it's a decent place. So, I'm not complaining in a way to hurt them... this is to help them better their rooms bcuz they seem like nice people.

The staff was nice but the room in general was not in good condition at all. The walls had holes and drywall ripped out. Bathroom had toothpaste on walls and around toilet was not fully cleaned. Only stayed for one night.

This motel was near the highway I-5 so it made it convenient to visit family. It was quiet in the rooms. I really appreciated not having to hear anyone on either side of me. No talking. No bathroom noise!! The linens did have a few stains and the caulk in the bathtub was black. No coffee but I was glad there was a fridge. No microwave either.

I went for my son’s high school graduation and on the way back, police were blocking the entrance to get to the motel. They told me I could not enter. So I had to wait a few hours.

Holiday Overnight stay

I was in the area way too earlier than check in time and they had a full house the night before. They were very accommodating too let me know when a room was ready so i could leave my event check in quick and head back to my event.
