Excellent location close to everything in the Lake George, Queensbury, Glen Falls area. The only drawback was the property felt a bit dated.

It was a strange experience. The entry drive way was poorly paved. We missed the first entrance and saw no reception. The motel looked like a homeless shelter. We returned to the first drive way and saw the reception although it was awkward to get there. The room was ok although one lamp didn’t work and by morning the small refrigerator leaked on the floor.

´The person at the reception was not friendly, I almost felt like I was bothering him at my arrival. There were some small issues with the room like a cracked sink counter and a broken cushion under the toilet seat, but the room was clean. ´The very UNFORTUNATE thing was that the walls were very thin, so there is little soundproofing. As a result the people in the next room were very noisy and that continued until 4 o’clock in the morning. I tried to call the front desk office from the room telephone only to discover that the phone had no plug, so could not be connected which made it unserviceable ( and in case of emergency, quite dangerous), as a result I went to get help with the noisy room next to ours by going to the front lobby, but no one was there, and there was no button or door buzzer to get help so I knocked several times with no answer. Finally we got very little sleep. When I addressed this problem with the person ( the same person who registered me the day before) at the front desk when leaving he was uninterested and unapologetic. ´The smaller issues, previously mentioned could be excused for the reasonable room cost ( for a Monday night), but not the sleepless night and inability to contact management to take care of the problem.

They don't clean rooms even if you're staying a week. Three times (3rd, 4th, and 5th day) I asked for new towels. Three times they assured me I'd get new towels. I never got new towels. Had to use the same towels for an entire week. Gross and totally unacceptable.

This room was disgusting. The tub was never cleaned it was full of hair that was not ours. The room smelled so bad of cigarettes I almost threw up. I would’ve rather slept in a car. Gross

Clean enough for 1 night stay, rooms were old but in ok conditions, no breakfast coffee only in certain times, lobby doesn’t look like the listing (see photos attached) feels a bit like an abandoned overall property … pool closed

It would be nice if they used the restaurant part to ser breakfast lunch and/or dinner, instead of using it as a hookah lounge. People go to lake george for fun activities. Thats the only thing i would change. Turn it into a breakfast place with a gift shop and you've got it made

Ok for a quick rest

Only a 24hrs for quick trip to lake George. Was ok for a day, not more. A/C disfonction, impossible to open the windows. Room wars, smell 1970. The place going with the price, thats it.

Ok hotel for the price. Beds looked clean and they had 4 towels in the room. That was nice. Most places give you two for a 4 person room. Can’t say anything bad. Was there for just one night. The room was nice and big. It was a little confusing to find were you check in at. It’s at the next parking lot over.
