The house has 4 Bedrooms where the master has a King Bed, the second with a queen and the other two rooms have bunk beds for a larger family or a group of friends.

Nestled next to the Big Boulder Lake, it settles between Big Boulder Lake and Lake Harmony, this townhouse offers all of the household essentials you could need in a tranquil setting across the road from the water! Spend your days skiing at Big Boulder Ski Area then warm your winter chills around the wood-burning fireplace in the living room.

The open-concept interior of this family-oriented home features hardwood flooring, tall ceilings, and plenty of natural sunlight.

All the amenities you need to be as relaxed as possible during your stay are here, including air conditioning & heat w/digital thermostat, TVs, Coffee Maker, and free WiFi. We also have hair dryers, an ironing board/iron, crib, high chair, and all linens are included. Picture yourself sipping hot cocoa on the plush living room sofa while watching your favorite show on a large flat-screen HDTV.

When the snow melts in the springtime, this cozy townhouse turns into the perfect Pennsylvania lake escape! Boulder Lake Club has a seasonal community pool, pontoon boat and other watersport rentals, lake access, and a long lakefront path, this complex is the ideal year-round home-away-from-home in the countryside!

Amazing Stay!

Had the best time staying at this property with my family - the house had everything we needed and the passes to the Boulder Lake Club were a huge bonus. The host was very responsive, which made planning our trip super easy.

Relaxing place near Jack Frost Big Boulder

The place and location are great with Jack Frost a short drive away and Big Boulder very close by. This was a great place to relax and enjoy take out dinner after a long ski day.

Perfect stay

House was as listed. It worked out perfect for our two families and was clean and owner was so easy to deal with. We would stay here again it was a great location for the kids to ski! We had a wonderful trip.
