Welcome to Luca Lodge! Come escape to this newly built and recently updated lodge with gorgeous views of Lake Harmony! Large enough to sleep 22 people!! This home has 3 floors, 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. (one on each level). Luca Lodge is the perfect place for any weekend getaway, summer vacations or winter ski trips! There is a wide variety of activities to do all year round! 5 Minutes from Big Boulder and 20 minutes from Jack Frost. Walking distance to Lake Harmony restaurants, shops, ice cream and bars. This home is a vacation property and not meant for parties or events. *No Lake Access*

This home is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay in the mountains. Linens provided for all beds. There is a large living room and dining area with a walk out deck. New kitchen is stocked and has all new appliances. Lower level has a large commercial beverage cooler to store your extra food and beverages. Every bedroom has a TV with Roku. Each room has its own personal AC/heating unit so you can control your own temperature and sleep comfortably. There is also a firepit area behind the house!

FIRST FLOOR:
Walk into the game room, equipped with a pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, couch, TV with Roku and gaming systems. Two doors that access the outside, one leads to the front patio and driveway and the other leads to the side walkway to the firepit area behind the house with Adirondack chairs.

2 Bedrooms:
Bear Room: 2 full beds & 1 twin bed, TV, dresser and closet.
Mountain Room: 2 full beds & 1 twin bed, TV, dresser and closet.
*Bathroom with tub.
*Laundry room with Washer & Dryer.

SECOND FLOOR:
Walk upstairs to the kitchen, dining area, large living room with high ceilings, stone fireplace and 2 doors that walkout to the large deck.
*Fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances. Counter that seats 5.
*Dining area with a large farm table that seats 8.
*Another table with 4 seats for dining or card games.
*Living room with a large comfy couch and oversized chair.
*Indoor/Outdoor gas fireplace.
*Large deck that overlooks lake harmony and has a huge table that can seat 10 people.
*Outdoor gas Grill

2 Bedrooms:
Canoe Room: 1 Queen bed, TV, dresser, nightstands and closet.
Birch Tree Room: 2 full beds, TV, dresser, nightstand, closet.
*Bathroom with walk in shower.

THIRD FLOOR:
Walk up the stairs to the extra loft area that overlooks the living room and has a daybed with a trundle bed and TV.

2 Bedrooms:
Dock room: 1 Queen bed, TV, dresser, nightstands and closet.
American flag room: 2 full beds, TV, dresser, nightstand and closet.
*Bathroom with walk in shower.

Linens:
Bed sheets are provided by a line service. But bath towels and hand towels are not.

This place exceeded every expectation! This rental made our family Thanksgiving one we’ll never forget! It comfortably slept our entire crew with plenty of room to spare. Everyone had a real bed, the kids loved the bunk rooms, and there were zero complaints about space or comfort – even with the whole family piled in for the holiday. The location was ideal – quiet yet just a short walk/drive to everything we wanted to see. Communication with the host was quick, friendly, and super helpful. Check-in/out was a breeze.

Don’t waste your money

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this property was a major letdown. The house was dirty upon arrival—shower curtains were moldy, the pillows were stained yellow, and none of the beds were made. It clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained.The pool table, which was advertised as a key amenity, had mold growing on the top and was unusable. The exterior of the home was equally neglected, with dirt-covered siding and a picnic table that was falling apart and unsafe to use.Despite being advertised as a “lake house,” there was no access to the lake, which felt misleading. Overall, the place was in poor condition and extremely overpriced for what was offered.I would not recommend this rental unless significant cleaning and maintenance are done.

Nicely decorated and good location.

We had 8 golfers staying at the house. The only complaints we had were that the beds were not very comfortable, the grill was left extremely dirty (from the prior guests?), there were no utensils for the grill (especially a brush to clean it) and we were disappointed that there was not hot tub, although there was one listed and in the pictures. Also, there should have been sawdust to put on the shuffleboard table.

Great Pocono Location

Location was incredible, can see the lake across the street from the deck. Plenty of restaurants/bars/things to do nearby. House was perfect size and laid out in a way conducive to groups of friends. Check in/Check out was easy and property manager was very quick and responsive with any questions or comments. Would stay here again

Great place with large group.

This place is great for a large group of people. There are multiple bedrooms and bathrooms on seperate floors. We had a large family group and it was perfect. It is close to the store to pick up things you may need. The owner is great to work with and very responsive and accommodating. We would stay there again.

Great stay with a large family

We had a great time enjoying the holiday with our large family. Shelby was very responsive and the home accommodated us well with enough bedrooms and gathering space so that we could be together to celebrate. The game room downstairs was a big hit with the kids (and adults) and we had all of the equipment/utensils/supplies we needed in the kitchen to make homemade meals for 19 people.

Relaxing in the Poconos

Had a relaxing stay in the Poconos in this fine house overlooking Lake Harmony. Near many hiking trails within a 20-30 minute drive. Make sure you fully lock up your garbage bins due to the bears in the area.

Perfect Girls Weekend!

This house and location is the perfect place to host a girls' weekend getaway! We stayed here for my sister's bachelorette and had a cozy and fun time. Walkable to Shenanigans, which was a blast!

Wonderful weekend getaway

Fantastic house. Our large group stayed here for a long weekend and it was perfect. I wish I could put 10 stars with the host communication because Shelby is way on top of it. As mentioned in previous posts, there are now fitted sheets with the linen service but we didn’t have any complainers in our group. There was a small tv issue so perhaps bringing your own streaming box as a backup would work but no big deal. Thank you and will definitely be back!

Awesome Cousin's weekend!

The house was clean and perfect for our annual cousin getaway! Plenty of space for everyone and the game room was a big hit. The pool table is a little off level, as well as the other game table, but otherwise they were all great! The only things I would note is that you do not really have any access to the lake for fishing/boating or swimming other than a little space down the street. Otherwise you have to rent a kayak/canoe to really have any fun on the lake. Linens are provided but they are flat sheets, not fitted, so if you toss & turn a lot, the sheets just come off the bed which really just defeats the purpose of putting on a sheet at all! We would rent this house again though as overall it fit our group perfect!

Perfect Girls Trip!

This house was perfect for our weekend in Lake Harmony! There was plenty of room for everyone and the location was perfect (less than a 5 min walk from the nearby bars/restaurants). The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed! Shelby is an awesome host and was super responsive to any questions we had - I would 100% stay here again!
