The layout of the home was fantastic. Big beautiful common area and kitchen. Two master bedroom suites which were roomy and had a luxury feel. Overall the house was perfect for a group of nine friends who get together once a year to reconnect and relax. The pool was lovely with lots of comfortable lounge seating.

Awesome Home in Havasu

This house was perfect for our group of 8. The 4 bedrooms were spread out so no one ever felt like they were on top of each other. The industrial size ice machine was a big plus. There were two full size fridges (1 in the kitchen and 1 in the garage) and 1 small beverage fridge behind the bar. Plenty of room to keep your drinks cold. We had a great stay and will definitely book this home again when visiting Havasu! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Perfect for our adult family group

We rented this house for the second year in a row. We were 4 adult siblings and our spouses. The spacious living room and fully stocked kitchen were great for group meals and entertainment, and we used the pool and ping-pong table every day. One of us loved to mix special cocktails, and that bar room off the living room was a real treat. Very quiet neighborhood, with very friendly people. We had perfect weather in March. We would definitely want to rent it again.

Amazing Home

We had an amazing stay. Such a wonderful home. Perfect for entertaining and enjoying with family. Plenty of room to hang out, lounge in the pool and enjoy meals around the enormous island. Home was well stocked and organized. We had everything we could possibly need. We will be back.

Wintercation

Each year our group picks a location in a warmer climate and goes to get away from the cold. This year we chose Havasu and in particular this house. The house was awesome everyone really enjoyed the house. We found more to do in Havasu and had such a good time we look to come back again...

The Sunsiters get away!

The house is beautiful & plenty of room for 8 seniors! Loved the open floor plan, lots of space for card games. The ping pong table was so fun! Restaurants we enjoyed were, ChaBones, Juicys, Flying X Saloon! House host Jennifer was wonderful!!

Amazing spacious beautiful home

My family & I loved our stay here. There were 8 adults and we all had our own bedroom with our own bathrooms! This home is beautiful from inside & out. We really enjoyed our stay. Double Master Bedrooms!

Loved this house. We’ve stayed in so many rentals and this is the first time where we’ve found double master bedrooms. Also loved that there were 4 full baths for all 4 bedrooms. This house literally had everything. Lots of kitchen appliances and storage, a bunch of pool accessories, a bar with its own fridge, an ice maker in the garage with an extra fridge, etc. You name it, this house was equipped with everything. Would definitely, highly, recommend.

Amazing!!

The house was clean and felt like home. It didn’t feel like a rental or something 20 years old and not cared for! The double master bedroom made things easy for the parents and the open family room made things easy for us to entertain. The owner reached out and checked in to make sure things stayed nice. No need but a very nice gesture! I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful getaway home and pool!

Beautiful home in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The outdoor area was wonderful as we all loved the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking in. Would definitely book this spot again! Property owners were kind and welcoming and took the time to check in with us! Had a wonderful stay!
