The good: Convenient location near the south end of town, communication was good, daily supplies were replenished as requested. The kitchen, laundry and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials.The not so good: This was our first trip to Lake Havasu and we assumed the pool would be warmer. Once we got here we we're told it was 15 a day to heat it and then only to 75 degrees. (450 for the month) which we paid. The last 7 days of our trip the filter system got plugged according to the pool guy. The pool got cold, cloudy, and nasty. The pool guy apparently told the host it was up to temperature, but it clearly was not as it was much colder than the few days before. We didnt use the pool the last 7 days of our stay. Also, the last two times the pool was serviced was by a young kid who didn't do a very good job.We didn't care for the beds or any of the furniture in the house as it was all very inexpensive stuff and very uncomfortable. But that is a personal preference as it may be comfortable to others.Conclusion: If we come back to the area we will definitely find another house to rent as there are many in the area to choose from.

The house is in a great location, loved the layout of the house and the hot tub was welcoming after a day of exploring the area. We would definitely stay again.
