This Beautiful 3 bedroom , 2 bath smoke free home offers a central location in a quiet neighborhood. Minutes from Windsor launch ramp and The Shops at Lake Havasu. (our mall)

The exterior of this home has been recently painted.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a dresser, TV and walk in closet. Also a newly remodeled ensuite bathroom with new dual sink granite countertops, shower and roman tub.
2nd bedroom also has a queen bed, dresser and walk in closet
3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds.
2nd and 3rd bedroom share a newly remodeled full bathroom with new granite counter top.
Living room comes with a sofa, loveseat and flat screen TV with direct TV access.
The remodeled kitchen comes with new granite countertops, nice backsplash, stainless steel refrigerator, stove and microwave.
A added extra is the availability to watch a flat screen TV from the kitchen island.
We also have a laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer.
There are ceiling fans in all rooms.
Patio comes equipped with outdoor dining table ands chairs as well as a outdoor BBQ island with seating.
The home is fully enclosed with white vinyl fencing with 2 entry gates on each side of the house.

We had an amazing family mini-vacay here and enjoyed everything about the house. The owner, Steve was very responsive, and there anytime we needed anything. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable plus! Decorated for fun! My son actually added an extra day... thanks Steve, we can’t wait to come back!

Perfect get away house!

Our family stayed here over the Labor Day holiday. We loved the house. It was on a quiet street but close to the launch ramp. The house was decorated nicely and had all the amenities. It was nice and cool when we checked in and stayed cool the whole weekend. The owner was very responsive and accommodating . The next time we come back to Havasu, we will definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect for our weekend at the lake! It had everything we needed and the launch ramp was only a short drive away. We loved the outdoor space with the bbq and all the seating. We had absolutely no issues and would definitely stay again!!!
