OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

>Monthly rental November to March. This home is not available for a long term lease

POOL HEATING
>$150/day (full stay required, 2 day notice required, heated to 88 degrees)
>Hot tub heating included in rental amount
>For longer than 7 day stays there will be an additional $15/day charge for hot tub heating

PETS
>Not a pet friendly home
>$200 charge if pets are brought into home

PROPANE
>We try to keep our propane tanks full, but we aren`t always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you.
