Havasu Retreat w/pool and Casita, close to downtown.

This fully remodeled house has it's own built in Casita with seperate kitchen, a king and a queen bed, walk in closet, and full bathroom, inside the main house with separate and joint entrances to choose your level of privacy. Each bedroom has it's own full bath, and an extra full bath in the garage so no one has to wait. The expansive yard has a 16'x20' raised deck with amazing lake views. It also has a refinished pool with waterfall for relaxing. Use the huge game room with pool table, foosball, and air hockey table to enjuoy after a day on the lake or riding. Or stay in and enjoy the ground. 2 of the bedrooms have queen beds and a set of bunk beds. The master is a King bed and futon in an over sized room with walk in closet, large bathroom, and access to the back yard. It is minutes to downtown with tons of restaurants and night life. It sits on a half acre so planety of parking.

We have stayed here multiple times as just a family of 5 or with our friends . Safe to say we feel like it our little home away from home. Theres lenty of room for us 5 or 10 with our friend. The location to grocery, view out the back yard, the game room plenty of space to relax, it’s just a great place to stay and enjoy Lake Havasu.

Memorial Weekend

Our yearly Memorial Weekend getaway was once again a blast! This was i believe our 4th year in Rods home and we always feel right at home. Rod is always easy to get a hold of and replies quickly. The house once again surpassed all our needs and is big enough for our group to enjoy and not feel overly crowded. Can't wait until next year!!

As always Ron is a great host and has an amazing house. We try to stay here every year when we come out to Havasu. It's always clean and well maintained, my kids love the game room. It was that much nicer when we were able to book it during the Thanksgiving holiday, the cool temps made sunrises and sets off the deck over the lake that much more enjoyable.

The home was perfect for our family of 11. Large spacious rooms with more than enough beds to easily accommodate our group. Rod was easy to work with and very responsive. We added three days onto the trip, and he worked with us to do so. We had a question upon our arrival, and he responded to our message very quickly. We will definitely stay here again.

Non compliance

the TV and internet were not available after the first day. Difficulty in reaching our host for resolution of the problem. Once we did get in contact he did try to fix the problem but wasn't able to. Some of the water fixtures were not in good repair like shower spicket and water for the refrigerator drinking water and ice maker. The host did give us a small refund for the technical failure. Plenty of apologizes. Other than these issues we were comfortable with the rental.

Havasu Summer

Havasu is our go to end of summer vacation for my family and over the last 4 years we've let our friends in our our little secret. Ever since we found this place we haven't looked back. The house is plenty big for the 10 of us, has lots to offer in space, pool, and game room. Its close proximity to the lake, rotary park beach, grocery store. Already planning our next end of summer vacation. Cant wait to come back.

Fun in Havasu

Great house with awesome game room. Was little warm in game room despite the small AC-we got a fan and it helped tremendously. Size and location of property was great! Plenty of room for our group. Close to grocery store and seemed like about everything was within 10-20 minutes in Havasu. Backyard was nice with pool, BBQ, seating, and view from small elevated seating area is awesome for sunsets and pictures. Owner was very responsive to our calls and took care of any questions or concerns regarding the property. Plenty of parking as well. Thanks Rod!

Annual Family getaway

The house was absolutely amazing! Big enough for our group, didn't feel like we were on top of eachother. The game room was awesome for our younger adults, kept them entertained for hours when we weren't at the lake! Owner was very responsive and helpful. Can't wait to stay here again next year, made our trip feel like we were at home.
