Incredibly spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath pool home with a separate family and living room. The home has an indoor laundry room, spacious floor plan and is centrally located adjacent to the golf course communities of Havasu.
This a gorgeous home with a fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful corian countertops, bar stool seating plus table and 6 chairs in kitchen area.

The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper and sliding door leading to second patio with bistro table and chairs.
The master bedroom has it's own access to the pool area and a connected full bath with shower.

The large rear patio and pool area has ample seating outdoors under a covered patio deck complete with a propane BBQ.

This home has two large parking areas with room for any sized boat, RV or just simply to park your water toys with ease. There is a garage, and a large area to park your toys as well.

From the very beginning, Louise was amazing. She was such a great communicator and very pleasant!! The property had plenty of parking for our boat trailer and truck. The house is very close to the Havasu Riviera Marina. Inside the home was very clean and well stocked. Everything worked as it should and the pool and bbq were very clean. Will definitely stay again. On a side note, one of our friends left two pairs of shorts and Louise made sure he got them back.

Quiet and close to boat launch

Rented the house for my on a 4 day. Spent most of our weekend on the lake so it was very nice being just across the street from the launch. Neighborhood was quiet and grocery store was just a couple blocks away

We have never stayed at a better equipped or more well organized home. The furnishings and beds were comfortable. Nice, quiet neighborhood. The fiberglass pool was great for floating and cooling off, but got a little warm in the later afternoon - it was a hot day. Louise, our host, was wonderful to work with. We would love to stay here again.
