This cozy one-bedroom bungalow offers a visual lake view from the patio, the lake is not directly in front of the home —it’s a short walk away for easy access, along with private beaches, a free launch ramp, and available boat slips, making it the ideal home base for boating, fishing, and lakeside relaxation.
Start your morning with coffee on the patio, stroll down to the shoreline, or launch your boat for a full day on the water. In the evenings, unwind around the tabletop fire pit and enjoy Arizona’s colorful sunsets over the lake.

The Space:
Located inside a secure gated resort, this clean and thoughtfully furnished bungalow includes:
• 1 private bedroom with a comfortable queen bed
• Spacious living room with sofa + air mattress (sleeps 2 additional guests)
• Full kitchen stocked with essentials
• 1 bathroom
• Smart TVs and WiFi
• Self check-in via smart lock
The home is best suited for 2 guests due to it’s coziness, however; with the added air mattress can accommodate 4 guests.
Watercraft and slips:
Resort offers a private community launch ramp and boat slips are available to rent on a first-come, first-served basis. Boat slips can accommodate up to a 26’ boat.
Parking: Private parking available for 1-2 cars in the home’s carport. Extra parking for boats, trailers, and other vehicles is available through the resort office- fees apply depending on time of year $5 day (May-October) or up to $5-10 a day (weekly and monthly rates as well) for on site storage (Nov-April).
Pets (aka: Fur babies): As dog owners ourselves, we welcome your dog(s) to join you on your stay! The resort does limit this to 2 dogs. *****Special promotion: no pet fee! Host includes 2 dog dishes and a list of local dog parks, plus pet-friendly restaurants, ensuring guests with furry friends have all they need for a paws-itively delightful stay in Lake Havasu.
