Just Remodeled!!! Relax, you are in Havasu! Come stay at our upper level unit with great park, lake, and beautiful mountain views from inside and on the lanai. One bedroom, one bath with pull out sleeper sofa makes this unit a capacity of 4. Very clean non smoking with flat screen tv's and brand new stainless appliances. Unit is fully furnished and has a full kitchen and a stacker washer dryer. Just around the corner find beautiful pool, tennis courts and bbq! Plenty of onsite boat parking! Free Wi-Fi Also free Wi-Fi in the adjoining rotary Park! This is one of Lake Havasu's most desirable locations.....see our reviews:) Walk to the London bridge, Restaurants, Bars, movie theaters and golf! This is the BEST location!! Check out the reviews!

Excellent condo. Quiet and accessible

Cute! Well stocked for comfort and convenience. Al dishes and linens were clean and neat. Internet worked well and everything went as it should. Bob is a wonderful host.

Great location

Enjoyed our 2 week stay. Our 8 year old daughter loved the pool & my wife & I loved the location of the condo as it was within walking distance to a really nice park with walking trails and the beach. Walking distance to the London bridge also. Nice Restaurants are very close and and easy walk. Would definitely return.

Great!!!

This unit is in an excellent location. Close to the pool and very close to your covered parking spot. Also, the complex is within walking distance of the channel, restaurants and shops. There is also a large parking area for boats and trailers.

good location and accommodations

Location was close to local attractions and scenic walking, the unit had everything we needed, and communication with owner was good as he answered our questions in a timely manner. The only caveat was there was no grill at the unit itself, but there was a very nice area with green space and multiple grills for use located near the pool.

Lake Havasu Getaway

Couldn't have found a better place for "last minute" but greatly needed relaxation for me and the GF. Lake Havasu is not a tropical destination in November but we knew that. Bob and Kelly's place is quiet, comfortable and clean. The stack of local hiking trail maps in the house handbook was a bonus we took advantage of and were rewarded with an awesome outing. Definitely reccomend for staying a weekend, a week or a month.

Great Location!

The Pros: Truly fabulous location! The pool was awesome, owners were great to work with, comfy bed, super clean and fresh linens. Condo was just the right size for two for a week. Owner was very flexible in adding extra days when we needed them. The Cons: condo could have been cleaner... top of fridge was dirty, and the white throw rugs were black from our bare feet on the floors within a day (read: the floors were dirty), baseboards were dusty, build-up of dirt behind toilet and on upper shelves. Kitchen cabinets need a clean-out of leftover food from other guests, and mish-mash of plastic containers. We had to clear a shelf for our own pantry items. We were traveling with two other couples who also had condos in the same complex, and they had the same cleanliness issues --- wonder if it's a condo-wide service that needs to be tuned up? TV was TRULY "basic" cable... no Fox, no HGTV, no Discovery. The first night we literally watched Gomer Pyle because there were no good options. Only about 20 channels, 6 of them in Spanish. Take your HDMI cable and external device! With a good clearning and expanded cable, this would be the perfect choice!

We enjoyed the amenities like the pool and tennis court. It has great location close to the park and shopping and restaurants. We biked everywhere. A slight down fall is the TV as the cable didn’t work. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Getaway

Not a Bad Stay, Just Bad Customer Service

Our stay at the property was alright. The only issue we had was the TV's did not work properly. This was a problem since I have twin 3 yr-old's. A repair guy came over twice and was not able to completely remedy the issues. When I spoke to the owner Bob, he said he would issue us a credit after I gave him a positive review. I told him that was backwards. I told him I did not have an issue giving him a good review since for the most part our stay was good, but I don't feel that my credit should be conditional on my leaving a good review (although I was actually going to). He again ensured me he would issue the credit once I left a good review. I told him I was not comfortable being blackmailed into leaving a good review to receive my credit. He said he could not take the chance because he was concerned that I would take the credit and then leave a bad review. Well here is the truth, I WAS GOING TO LEAVE A GOOD REVIEW. But since Bob couldn't do the right thing and would rather sell his integrity over a $100 credit, HERE IS YOUR REVIEW BOB! Keep the $100!!!
