Kitchen was well stocked with every appliance and spices.Hoise well set up, loves outdoor kitchen and hot tub. Each room had its own tv which was also a bonus. Host responsive and friendly. Would stay again.

Everything was great the property was perfect , house was clean, and easy to access.

One suggestion I have is more blankets. The kitchen was well equipped and love the choice of two coffee makers ,traditional or Keurig.

Fantastic place!

This is probably my favorite VRBO rental of ALL TIME (not just in Havasu). The property itself was fantastic, and it didn't feel like a rental. They actually had all the things that one would want if it was their home. I will definitely try to book this place again, If I could, I would give it 10 out of 5 stars!

Lake Havasu Winter Break

This was our first trip to Lake Havasu. We were glad the VRBO was in a residential setting because it was spring break and the London Bridge area was crowded with students. We enjoyed the home. The kitchen has all the spices that anyone could need. In addition, laundry soap, dish and dishwasher soap, garbage bags and toilet paper were well stocked. (this isn't always the case in VRBOs.) There were a few minor problems with the home but we communicated the concerns and the VRBO contact reassured us that they would be addressed. We ended each day's adventure in the hot tub so we could enjoy an evening cocktail and the sunsets.

What a wonderful house!!

This house lives up to the pictures and description. After staying at various vacation rental homes over the past 7 years, we've found our favorite! The sunset views were gorgeous. The backyard and pool were wonderful. The house is very well stocked and outfitted for any cooking you would want to do. The quiet neighborhood is conveniently located to the market and gas stations but feels private. Our 21-foot boat fit in the garage (with the swing-away tongue), which was super convenient during the monsoon rains. The property manager made the check-in and check-out process welcoming and super convenient. I don't want to rave too much because we absolutely want to stay here again and want it to be available for our vacation dates!! LOL

Amazing getaway....soul quenching

This property was amazing and perfect! Tastefully furnished and decorated. Shower in Master was delightful. Pool and hot tub were delightful and sparkling. There is not one thing you will need in this house besides yourself, loved ones, clothing and toiletries... very well appointed. Can't wait to bring the rest of my family here!!!!

Great Spring Break!

Really enjoyed our stay. Pool and back patio are awesome, just like the pictures show. House was ultra clean. Had one minor issue pop up during the week and the property manager replied immediately. Will definitely be back!

The house was very clean and inviting. It was to cold to swim but the hot tub was nice and the area around the pool was very good. The kitchen is well stocked with good pots and pans and other items like a set of sharp knives and a ninja blender. Pretty much everything you need to cook good meals. The master shower was great with two shower heads. My only complaint was not receiving my access info until 5pm when I was supposed to have it in time for our 4pm check in. We literally sat in the driveway for an hour trying to figure out what to do. It was very stressful wondering if the info would even come. The house is great but make sure you have a solid line of communication with the property manager and don’t assume that your access info will show up by 4pm.

Cleanliness

The house was beautiful and the pool was great. The whole family enjoyed it. The only issue was cleanliness. There was trash in the master bedroom dresser. The carpet in the master had a big hard crunchy stain. Some of the silverware was dirty and with other dishes.
