Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place in beautiful Lake Havasu City! The Riviera Marina is only a short drive away. This home is completely ready for a comfortable stay with family, friends, or long term stays for Snowbirds. There is plenty of room for a boat in the 47 foot boat-deep garage, driveway, or the side yard. The side yard is also fully equipped with RV hookups (50 amps, water, sewer). This charming house features 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, perfect for a cozy retreat. Plus, the living room offers a comfy sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Enjoy the spacious outdoor dinning area on the covered patio, complete with a gas grill after a fun day on the lake. We hope you'll enjoy your stay in Lake Havasu at our lovely house!

Great set up, having access to the boat garage and space for the whole family and pets was great! Kitchen was well equipped and lived that there was a pet door for our fur babies. House was in a quiet part of the neighborhood and loved that there was a view of the lake. Would stay here again!

We had wonderful stay the house was beyond expectations as well as the host’s service and communication. We are looking forward to another stay at their gem of a location! Great neighborhood close to everything. The house has all the amenities you could ask for!

Great weekend trip

Took the kids out for a little desert fun. House was great. Worked out perfect with being able to use the garage to park the UTV and our truck. Side parking was perfect for the trailer, didn't block the driveway. Very nice, clean split floor plan house. Communication was great.
