We have a list of problems with the hotel. Will be in touch for some type of compensation. Thank you. Headboard fell off wall Smoke alarm fell off wall Floor dirty (after shower, walked in room, wiped feet and it was very dirty Breakfast ran out of yogurt (I’m gluten free so limited options for me and they were out) One set of towels only was in room. Washcloth was a bar rag. Hmmm, more?

The chair in the room was dirty , there was no shower curtain and I asked the front desk for one and they never brought it ! The ice machine didn’t work . The air conditioner was loud and looked like it was going to fall off the wall. Absolutely horrible place . They had a RV show going on , so there was no parking !

There was hair in the bathroom. There were RVs in the parking lot which made it terrible for parking. Told the staff I would be arriving later than normal and they put me as a no show!!! You could hear the traffic on Lake Havas Blvd.

The staff were excellent and the mattress was great, which is shy I give them a three, otherwise, this place is not quality. I was supposed to stay for 5 days and left after 4 because I ran out of toilet paper. Housekeeping never came by to do anything. The floors kept getting dirtier and dirtier because the parking lot is in very bad shape. The towels, and I am being generous calling them towels, never got changed. Nothing to put on the floor to keep it from getting wet so I had to use one of the towels. No wash cloth so the hand towel was what I used to wash my face. The sound from the road kept me up all night. These are the highlights, or should I say lowlights.

Always love the breakfast, but would have liked different variations on all the days stayed. Beds were cleaned…suggest floors to be cleaned better. Parking lot needs some love. I can tell you the price you pay it’s a great hotel. Love that our furry friends can join us.

The room was comfortable and roomy. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me at short notice. The food and service in the restaurant was very good. Even though I didn’t use the room service it was nice to know it was available. Well located by shopping and restaurants.

My husband experienced a terrible allergic reaction while staying here. The only thing my husband is allergic to is cats so we aren’t sure if there was a pet that was previously in this room. Room was basic and the walls are very thin. You can hear the people talking in the room next to you.

Great option if you’re visiting the lake. Right next to London bridge, rooms are very clean, pool was clean, and the breakfast was the best part. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Dried blood or something on blanket. We asked for it to be changed and nothing was done about it. Asked for new towels and nothing. The second time someone finally brought the towels. The floor was dirty, walking around the room our feet collected dirt and when I took a shower you could see the dirt in the bottom. Maybe they were short handed due to the holiday weekend before our stay. I’m sure they were behind on cleaning from what I heard st the counter. Price was great!!
