The people were nice. However the room was not. The floors were dirty, the corners had dirt build up and the floor was all dirty and gritty. The tub was falling apart and slick. The molding had fallen off the wall. The paint looked horrible. The worse part was room smelled like dog pee and mold.

The room was far from spotless. Dirt in the corners of the bathroom. Bath mat was dirty. I asked for more towels because we only had on set for two of us, we were given one more bath towel not wash rag or hand towel. There was a screw loose on the shower faucet that my husband nearly cut his finger on, he screwed it back in though. Asked for more coffee, as we only got one and were there two nights, we did not receive any. The room was VERY noisy. adjoining room wall was like tissue paper! The trash cans on the outside of building were overflowing the whole three days we were there! The staff at front desk was VERY nice and friendly! The breakfast was awesome and plenty. But we won't be back.

The hotel and the accommodations are very old. Air conditioner was noisy and did not work well. Chair in the room was visibly worn and dirty. Staff was very nice and friendly though.

Great location. Super nice front desk staff. Rooms could be dust mopped. When asked for more toilet paper for the room ( 3 day stay one roll) was told their delivery hadn't arrived yet. Restrooms in lobby clean but no paper towels. Breakfast room was clean, nice options of good food, staff nice. Would recommend for location.

We have a list of problems with the hotel. Will be in touch for some type of compensation. Thank you. Headboard fell off wall Smoke alarm fell off wall Floor dirty (after shower, walked in room, wiped feet and it was very dirty Breakfast ran out of yogurt (I’m gluten free so limited options for me and they were out) One set of towels only was in room. Washcloth was a bar rag. Hmmm, more?

The chair in the room was dirty , there was no shower curtain and I asked the front desk for one and they never brought it ! The ice machine didn’t work . The air conditioner was loud and looked like it was going to fall off the wall. Absolutely horrible place . They had a RV show going on , so there was no parking !

There was hair in the bathroom. There were RVs in the parking lot which made it terrible for parking. Told the staff I would be arriving later than normal and they put me as a no show!!! You could hear the traffic on Lake Havas Blvd.

The staff were excellent and the mattress was great, which is shy I give them a three, otherwise, this place is not quality. I was supposed to stay for 5 days and left after 4 because I ran out of toilet paper. Housekeeping never came by to do anything. The floors kept getting dirtier and dirtier because the parking lot is in very bad shape. The towels, and I am being generous calling them towels, never got changed. Nothing to put on the floor to keep it from getting wet so I had to use one of the towels. No wash cloth so the hand towel was what I used to wash my face. The sound from the road kept me up all night. These are the highlights, or should I say lowlights.
