This Spectacular home is perfect for those with large familys to come enjoy the lake. We have a max guest count of 20 however we may be able to make an exception for a larger party. We have a wonderful kids cave that can sleep 14 littles. Perfect for a family reunion or just a large group.

INDOOR LIVING: 6 flat-screen smart TVs, air conditioning, ceiling fans, central heating, Washer/dryer

OUTDOOR LIVING: Fenced-in backyard, pool and spa, lounge chairs, gas grill, smoker, covered lanai, outdoor gas firepit, patio furniture.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, wine fridge, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, Crock-Pot, spices

GENERAL: Free WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, laundry detergent, Sonos speaker system, beach towels, Optional pool heat fee $165/day (paid pre-trip) **Keep in mind that this pool heater is an electric pool heater. They run on convection heating, if the temperature drops below 55 degrees it can have trouble reaching the desired temperature.

PARKING: Gravel Parking out front, full driveway, side yard ramp parking, and backyard gravel parking. ( should fit 2 boats easily depending on how many vehicles total.
