My experience at this property was wonderful. The hospitality was warm, and the staff greeted me with kindness. The facilities were well organized, and the room was fresh and inviting.

Cockroaches in the room! Lobby and entrance could use a deep clean. Carpet in front of our room looked wet and moldy. During the three nights we stayed, we never got fresh towels, the bed was not made, and the trash wasn’t taken out except one time. The microwave was balanced on top of the mini fridge and it would not stay plugged in.

What an incredible hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The lobby was stunning, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. Our room was spacious, modern, and sparkling clean. The bed was so comfortable that I actually slept better than I do at home! The view from our window was beautiful — waking up to it every morning was a treat
