3 BED 3 BATH CONDO 12 MM REGATTA BAY! GREAT LOCATION AND FABULOUS VIEWS

This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo is located in the Regatta Bay Condominium complex off HH, Horseshoe Bend, and the 12 mile marker of the Main Channel of the lake. This cozy condo, makes for the perfect vacation spot for your friends and family! This condo is a water front unit with plenty of lake views from all over this open floor plan. This lower level unit creates a peaceful stay. The master suite has its very own access to the screened in porch, jacuzzi tub separate shower, double sinks. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with its very own private bathroom. The third bedroom has a full size bed with access to shared main bathroom, with full shower. With the Lodge of the Four seasons close you are able to enjoy the fireworks display right from the screened in porch. A gas grill is located on the patio at the front door entrance of the unit. Regatta Bay is one of the nicest and well maintained complexes at the lake with a great location by land or by water. With the park-like common areas you will be amazed at the deer, turkey, and other wildlife that come to visit. There are 2 swimming pools (one of which is situated right on the water), 2 newly surfaced tennis courts, basketball hoop, a swim dock, a playground, and several large pavilions. Which make the space great for families and groups! Regatta Bay is close to shopping and dining. If you are a golf fan this unit is close to the courses that are at the lake. Close to the "Strip" near the Bagnell Dam, spas, and boat/waverunner rental. All flat panel TV's with cable in all the bedrooms and in main living area. The kitchen/dining area has plenty of seating for all your guests. The kitchen also has all the amenities that you need for an extended stay. The laundry room has full washer and dryer as well. RESPONSIBLE ADULT PARTIES ONLY- PETS ARE WELCOMED AND NO SMOKING- This is our vacation home and we take great care to make sure it stays in great condition. This especially includes bachelor & college groups which are not a good fit for our property or the complex. This unit does has WI-FI.

Got to the condo and there was construction equipment inside and the balcony was under construction. We weren't informed of this at all. So we had no balcony for the whole trip and had to leave for a whole day while the construction crew worked on the balcony. The owner and property manager and workers were back and forth who was to blame. We were refunded 23% of what we paid, but it was a real bummer.
When we checked in. Owner called the workers and they removed it.
No balcony the whole stay.

Family getaway

Really nice spot for our family. Really appreciated each bedroom being directly connected to a bathroom. Owner gave plenty of notice on check in procedure and all details with the rental. Only knock on the property was the master suite had a pair of twin mattresses put together as a "king" and we didn't love this setup. The other beds were much nicer. And the bed wouldn't stop us from booking this space next time.

Golf Trip

Nice property. Would have liked to have known that property was a "pet friendly unit" - perhaps this information was included in the listing, but I did not see it. The large pet cage in the master suite was kind of "off putting" and the unit had some pet odor.

The condo was very very nice! Super clean and had everything we needed. My only complaint is the king bed was 2 singles put together which worked out fine because my side had a huge dip so I slept in the middle. Other than that I would love to stay there again

Family vacation
