If you’re looking for a spacious, clean, comfortable place to relax, you’re in the right spot. This penthouse condo sits high above the main channel with the most breathtaking views on the lake! It's truly your home away from home. A chef's paradise, this condo has a kitchen filled with quality kitchen utensils and equipment. There are four bedrooms, all with king beds and four full private baths. One of the bedrooms also has a pair of bunk beds. Up to 12 people can sleep comfortably! You'll have the whole third-story, top level condo and can access saltwater swimming pools on-site (seasonal,) a tennis/basketball court and a clubhouse and fitness room. Location: 14-mile marker, Emerald Bay Condominiums, off Horseshoe Bend Parkway, near Village of Four Seasons.

***NO PARTIES *** Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Only two parking permits are available. This is patrolled. Additional cars can be parked at nearby grocery store. A $300 charge will be applied for each parking tag that is not returned to the condo at the end of your stay.

No gas grills or fireworks, please. We have a Traeger you are welcome to use.
