This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse, is short walk away from the Olympic Village and 15 minute drive to the Whiteface Skiing. Renovated home has two levels. The main level features the living room with a full stone fireplace, flat screen TV, dining area, full kitchen, laundry room, and full bathroom. The upper level has the second full bathroom and bedrooms. Each room has cable TV. The patio has a gas grill and seating area and fire pit. Sleeps 8 guests.

Pets are allowed. Two pet maximum and shouldn’t be left alone in the home.

Thank you Mark and Kim for a fantastic weekend getaway. We enjoyed the house very much! Plenty of room and well stocked for a great stay. Very easy to communicate and easy check in and out process. We were in lake placid for the Empire State winter games and it was a great distance to be able to walk to Olympic center and downtown. Definitely recommended and will be booking again for next year!

The property is beautiful. The decorating is so special and filled with Adirondack pieces. The place was very clean. The kitchen and the large counter space were very helpful during the trip. It’s a very short walk to the beach. My family, including my 3 year old, was easily able to walk back and forth several times a day. Mark was very kind and answered any questions that came up. I highly recommend this property.

This a great home , the best location . It is sparkling clean on arrival. My only comment is the bedding could be updated especially the mattresses. We stayed for a week and they were uncomfortable

Our family enjoyed this condo in Lake Placid. Its location is outstanding - a short walk into town and onto the frozen mirror lake. The condo was clean and well furnished and the beds were comfortable.

Best location

This is such a great neighborhood to stay . Easy walk to village. It is very roomy & lots of comfortable furniture which we needed because we were staying at the place on the coldest week of the year , the condo was very comfortable. My only thought is the dishwasher is a bit dated , May need a upgrade.

First time at Lake Placid placid NY

This home I would definitely recommend and come back to in the future! Easy check in, house is very clean, smells so good and organized. You have everything you need in the kitchen, comfortable beds and couch. Fast Wi-Fi, clean bathrooms with jacuzzi. Location is superb! Less than 5min walk to mirror lake and close to town stores. My dog loved to walk around Mirror lake (2.7miles loop). Most of all the Host Mark exceptional, responds quickly for your every need. I can go on and on about our stay. We’re definitely coming back!

Always a great stay

This was our second time staying at this property and it’s just perfect for us. All of the amenities of home, clean, quiet and a short walk to Main Street. The development has its own parking lot so no there’s never an issue an issue with parking car. The property owner is super nice and responds to any questions very quickly. We truly look forward to our stay here every year.
