3rd time booking this house and never disappoints

Wonderful weekend at a great home.

Trust me when I say, if you like beautiful views, awesome lake frontage, spotless, comfortable and great decor, a great kitchen for making awesome family meals together, this place IS FOR YOU. I had several team members sharing and these are FUSSY travelers who are not impressed easily. They were grateful and most happy that I put them here. Made my job easy. Fantastic, accomodating hosts, great communication. THANK YOU Doug!!

Great Vacation House

Amazing 60th Birthday with Family

Doug is an amazing owner, who caters to your needs and answers all the questions that you might have. We can’t wait to come back when we’re guaranteed a little more sunshine in the summer. All of my children and grandchildren loved the house as well!!

Family New Year Celebration
Publié le 4 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had an amazing time , the house was wonderful and location was perfect . It had a side yard fenced in for dogs, beautiful outdoor with 2 BBQ Grills , plenty of seating inside and out . Publix 5 minutes away. Would definitely go back!

Christmas at Lake June
Publié le 2 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe spent Christmas 2023 at the relaxing Lake June house. Everything but the weather was nearly perfect. Lots of space. Enjoyed the kayaks and dock. Caught a few fish but not many. Water was chilly (even for a NJ bunch)...you could still jump in off the rope swing or high platform for the younger ones..but water was in high 60's--so you jumped in and got out quickly.
We used the grills, played corn hole.
We would have really enjoyed having basic cable tv...we found the tv streaming to be slow and difficult to do (even with tech savvy college age kids.). Had trouble with sound on upstairs tv (even when watching a movie with DVD player). Oldest family member was handicapped, mobility limited...which was a challenge outdoors at the house. Very difficult for us to get him down to the dock. We knew that this would be the case prior to renting...but I would not recommend this house for a handicapped/mobility limited guest who wants to spend time outdoors.
We were hoping for better weather...but I think that's December in Florida. Would rent again...but only in the warmer months to be able to fully enjoy the outdoor areas/activities of the house. Close to grocery store and small downtown area which was an added bonus. Owner was communicative about check in and check out. We did not have any issues.
