Nicely appointed Pinehill Phase II Townhome offers ample room with a well stocked kitchen, dining area, living room, gas fireplace and a 1/2 bath on main level. Portable A/C units in bedrooms and main floor living room. Upstairs offers two bedrooms and a full bath. Lower level features a bedroom, family room, 3/4 bath and laundry. Restaurants and trolley stop around the corner. Short walk to Village and Rail Trail. NO PETS/NO SMOKING/NO PARTIES. HOA does not allow campers, trailers, boats or motor homes on the property. A good choice for the Lake Placid area

A beautiful property, within an HOA, so you know that it will be quiet. The accommodations are large, as shown in the listing pictures, and the beds and bedding are extremely comfortable.The property is extremely well equipped, both in terms of appliances in the kitchen and "stuff" that the owner has left there to add to the convenience, such as dishware, cookware, and a closet full of spices, etc.TVs all over the place with good WiFi round off the conveniences, and, if this is a winter visit, it is a warm environment.We met a few neighbors and they were all quite nice,also.

Amazing stay!!!

We can’t say enough about what a great find the house was. Everything from the check-in to the packing up was terrific. It was super clean and in a great location. The townhouse was well stocked with everything we could need. It was so nice to come back after a long day of hiking or exploring and hang by the fire.

Comfortable townhome very close to downtown Lake Placid. Home was spacious and they kitchen was nicely stocked with essential cookware. Would love to stay again in the future!

This was a great property to stay for our family. Lots of room to all be together or space to get a break! Kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to prepare and serve any meal. Clean and comfortable. Easy walk to town. Would highly recommend this property!

Family ADK Getaway

Super clean and spacious. Well furnished and comfortable...came in handy as the weather was not conducive to enjoying the great outdoors. Location is great too; a pretty short walk to Main Street super quick drive. Will definitely look to rent this property again in the future.

Very comfortable

We have been traveling as a group of friends for several years. This property was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable , the kitchen well appointed and everything was very clean. Communication with the host was very easy and she was extremely responsive. If we return to Lake Placid we would definitely stay here again.

Adirondack Delight!

The townhouse was clean and very nicely decorated. Loved all the Adirondack decorations. Many but not to much ! Would definitely stay again if visiting Lake Placid or Santa’s workshop in the future. Good location for both.
