Comfy bed but could use double the pillows. Nice and clean even though undergoing renovations. The staff is excellent even though it’s not in person. They were so kind and helpful! If we ever come back to Lake Placid we will stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and responsive. We were pleasantly surprised we didn't hear much noise from outside or other rooms. We would definitely stay there again.

Arrived at the inn and wasn’t able to check in. Said our room was not a clean room and it had to be cleaned. Called management and they said there was no booking and there are no rooms available. Called Expedia to attempt to get refund and they did not cancel or initiate a refund and said it would take 3 days and they’d have to get in contact with management. Terrible situation as we had to find a new place and my credit card was charged for the room.

Not bad for a quick overnight. The window coverings don't quite cover the parking lot-facing window as well as they could. They don't overlap the molding, feeling as though you're a bit exposed.

Simple and clean

They just need to fix the doors to the rooms. No privacy noise wise. I can hear the neighboring rooms TV clear as day in my room. I was fine, but I'm sure I woke them up when leaving early in the morning going up and down the creaky stairs. Just need some heavier more air tight doors. Also, trim the tree in the parking lot so people can pull their vehicles all the way in without scraping branches on their cars. Otherwise, very clean and very simple. Just what I needed.

Neat and tidy

Great location, just half a mile from lake mirror and Main Street. The amenities in the room, cleanliness and the space inside the suite with parking facilities were great. It’s a small property and undergoing renovation as of July 2025. Very thin walls and ceiling. Can hear every nail drop, footsteps and people’s voices from outside too. I guess that’s the compromise for the prices they were available at since the room itself was great and the location too.
