This property is a joke I would not recommend to anyone don’t waste your money here. To start they will charge you 200 dollars if you leave your dog for an hour and the rooms have bed bugs I had to wash all my clothes in how water at a laundry room before coming home the staff is rude and not understanding.

Our room was in poor condition. When we walked the carpet was dirty like it wasn’t vacuumed. All the drawers were broken. The soaking tub handle was broken and leaking. I stepped on a carpet nail where the carpet meets the tile causing my foot to bleed. The shower would not drain. I brought my complaints to the staff 3 times and nothing was done. They said they would send someone to take a look. They made no effort to make it right.

The care of guests was terrible. It took 4 days of complaints to get our door lock replaced. Access to your room is the most basic right and my wife and I had to go back to the office many times to replace keys before a maintenance person finally replaced the card lock. This is both unsafe and inconvenient. The main person at the front desk had a terrible attitude and rather than fixing the problem kept reminding us to keep the key away from phones and credit cards etc. we’re in our 60s and have stayed in many hotels so we understand the use of a room key !! The rooms are outdated and there’s a lack of closets or even a place to hang clothing. We were there for a wedding and had to hang our dress clothes in the bathroom. The same girl at the desk insisted there was a closet lol. Once she came to the room she understood. Again a basic need for a hotel.

Noisy staff

Overall good experience. However, cleaning crew was our alarm clock every morning with their yelling at each other from different rooms that they were cleaning, starting at about 8am. And on our last day there, a crew started removing all the furniture from a room two doors down. They started removing the carpeting after that. Very loud and annoying because they started all that noise just after 8am.

The hotel is in a great location. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, and casinos. The hot tub and pool were nice after a day of hiking. We had a late night noise issue with an upstairs neighbor and the staff was very accommodating and let us switch rooms.

The stay was pretty good and quiet. A few minor inconveniences like the keys not working very well bedroom was a bit warm at night with no ac unit. but not the worst overall enjoyed my stay. Room was a bit dated Could use an update. And it smelled heavily of cleaning supplies when we went in but it was clean as it could be without being updated. Overall pleasant experience.
