After traveling for days and staying in chain hotels, the welcoming and unique room at 3 Peaks felt welcoming and relaxing. The staff seem to be attentive to every possible detail and very friendly.

I like the proximity to the lake, restaurants and shopping. The pool and hot tub are large. The air conditioning units dont work well enough to keep you cool in the summer. The rooms could use a refresh. Overall a solid 3 stars for me. I'll probably stay here again in the future.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and unfortunately my experience was not satisfactory. From the moment we entered the room, there was an unpleasant odor that made the stay uncomfortable. We had to open the windows and go to the front desk to request an air freshener, which was provided to us. However, the service at the reception left much to be desired. The two receptionists on duty did not show willingness or courtesy in their treatment, as they were distracted with their cell phones and did not project a professional attitude toward the guests. Another serious issue was the condition of the shower. The handle to open and close the water was broken, which made it difficult to use. In fact, I consider this a safety hazard for guests, as I myself burned my hand while trying to close it. In conclusion, I believe this hotel needs significant improvement both in customer service and in the maintenance of its facilities. Based on my personal experience, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it until the necessary improvements are made.

I have stayed here before, and I thought I would stay here again. I usually stay at Harvey’s, but I did not want to with all the construction going on there.i parked my car here, and I just used the Lime scooters to get around town. There is a pool, but at times can be noisy with kids playing. The rooms here have been remodeled, their clean, and I love the rooms with balcony’s.

Very nice place

This is a comfortable, no frills motel. It’s clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are not big. It’s location is very convenient and close to amenities.

The beds are double beds, smaller but comfortable. Double hot tub! Clean pool area and clean water. We really enjoyed the property and the area. The ceilings are pretty low, so watch out there tall people. If you are on the ground floor, beware, you may hear people upstairs. We had some wild guests that were stomping all night.

Great Location

Location was great! Loved that it was within walking distance of the concert venue. They let us check in early which was greatly appreciated as well! Parking was free and easy! My only complaint was that the shower in our room had hair in it, which was pretty gross. Besides finding hair in our shower, everything was good!

Our room was clean and comfortable. We were walking distance from restaurants and shopping. The hot tub is spacious and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again!
