The rooms are newly renovated. I've tried several budget hotels in the Tahoe area and this one is the best. There is a public beach within walking distance which is nice. The staff had always been friendly.

The property is well-maintained, though it can be somewhat noisy at times. Parking is limited, so it’s best to arrive early to secure a spot. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the location is very convenient. Overall, it’s a suitable place to stay if you primarily need comfortable lodging for rest.

This proper they had been updated and looked quite nice but There were black marks all over the floor that were sticky. Also there was a cockroach in the room. The pool looked really nice but we didn't have time to use it. There were a lot of motorcycle people staying there and so there was a lot of noise. It was convenient to a grocery store and dining.

The place is rather shabby and in need of repairs, paint etc.. No towel racks in the bathroom or hooks for anything. TV was difficult to figure out and lighting was poor. Very noisy being on the busy street. Staff was friendly enough.

The room I got included a living area and a full-size kitchen which is larger than I expected. The toilet was clogged the first night which I resolved with a borrowed plunger from the front desk. The complex that I stayed was separated by a small lot from the front desk which is situated with the older complex. I suspected that the complex I stayed was acquired separately. The original complex was under renovation. The main complaint is that there are not enough parking spaces in front of the rooms. I was told by the front desk to park at the EV charging spaces if overflowed. The room is a little dated, although newer fixtures are installed. Personally, I do not mind the older finish.

Very limited parking. Construction going on second floor not to OSHA code. Bathroom door squeeked every time open, sink would not drain. Nothing to put clothes except on floor in bathroom-no shelves or real counter space. No washclothes, hand towels.Room not cleaned. Could smell smoker outside of room. Only real positive could walk to shopping and eating places wouldn't lose parking spot.

Clean room. The room was great inside. The outside looked to be need of some repair. It looked like they were starting it so some parking spot were closed off. so a lack of parking. Would be the only complaint. But if you don’t plan on leaving for the night you should be ok.

The rooms are falsely advertised on expedia and online. The shower is extremely small and can barely fit one person, as well as the shower door hits the toilet when entering/exiting. The bed smells like smoke and cigarettes. The building itself looked like it was falling apart, ceiling caving in, construction work in the parking lot that had caution tape, and we were supposed to receive a kitchen in our room. The front desk guy was super disrespectful when I said I needed a refund, 30 minutes after checking in, because I had a family emergency and couldn’t stay. I paid $331 for two nights, when honestly a motel6 would’ve been cheaper and nicer.
