We called multiple times as we had a service dog nobody answered the phone, when my daughter arrived she waited in the lobby for over an hour and nobody ever showed up just a sign on the front desk stating they would be back shortly she had to find another hotel 20 minutes away extremely unprofessional.

While the property is or feels slightly outdated, and just a little bit unfinished, carpet, trim, etc. – because I noticed that the carpet needed some trim. I also noticed that the carpet is new in the hallways, very clean, easy in, easy out, suited my needs just fine, I give it a thumbs up. Customers obviously have abused coming in with muddy boots, workmen, and transient or what not – people with trailers have abused the parking area, but there’s plenty of parking, receptionist/manager was very kind, everything was easy and nice.

The hotel is in the middle of renovations which are badly needed. The breakfast was virtually nonexistent as the dining area was being renovated. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Good value for the price.

Our room was on the second floor right next to the stairway. The stairway door closing was extremely loud both late in the evening and early in the morning. Additionally, the carpet on the stairway was torn. The coffee was empty at breakfast and not much in the way of food. Thankfully, McDonalds was next door. We complained but staff acted like it was no big deal.

There was a sign at the front desk, saying something like please pardon our mess, but I didn’t see anything being fixed. Instead, just damage all over my room. Wallpaper torn away, tiles in the bathroom missing, the toilet had flakes in it, no matter how many times I flushed, the ceiling was peeling, the couch was stained, the carpet on the stairs was torn up, and everything about this facility seem to be damaged or rundown. Besides a delightful conversation with the front desk staff, and allowing me to park my motorcycle by the front door, this facility was truly awful.

My room was infested with roaches. Roaches were coming from the ceiling, the room had roach droppings & when nothing was even looked into when I notified the front desk, my granny & aunt were forced to ATTEMPT C to sleep with the lights on because they feared they would wake up with roaches crawling on them! I called early Saturday morning asking to be connected to my grandma’s room && was RUDELY told that that particular function wasn’t available on their cordless phone. So, I asked for a message to be relayed to my grandmother & to my surprise it never was! I am very unhappy with the customer service & experience I had with this property. I will be requesting a refund && will NOT be starting here again!

My review

Bed, TV and King room very comfortable. Under renovation, until Sept 20,2025. so needed to overlook the unfinished work. Door dragged onto tile, loudly, so make sure you closed it completely for it to lock. Free ‘Lite’ breakfast: coffee, juices, toast, froz waffles, breakfast chewy bar or cereal. Staff was VERY friendly. Told us where a coin operated laundry was located since theirs were not working. We stayed there same time last year. Bed was comfortable, large TV, microwave and mini fridge. Oh, no coffee pot in room. However, it is offered by front desk as well as cold water.
