I thought the property was nice until my alarm went off at 5am unnecessary. I turned on the light and saw roaches crawling up the wall. Later that morning I went to breakfast came back to find roach on my pillow. I told manager and he offered to refund my stay. I have yet to see refund. came back to

Not what I expected for the price.
Posted May 13, 2023 on HotelsStayed two nights. Rooms were not serviced after first night. Asked why upon check out and was told we were asked during check in if wanted our rooms serviced but no one asked. In fact, two rooms were reserved at the same time but woman checking us in had to "look" for the second room. TV in my room was really small. Not all of the remote functions/buttons worked. When I told desk staff I was told it problems with remotes were from the previous year's hurricane. This makes no sense.
