As you step onto the property, you will first notice the meticulously maintained fully artificial turf front yard and landscaping. This welcoming front yard is perfect for soaking in the Florida evenings and even better at welcoming you into the luxury that awaits you inside.

Stepping though the front door, you will be ushered into the main living room. This over-sized living space is outfitted with multiple full leather couches perfect for the whole family. Over the mantle sits a 75 inch 4k smart tv equipped with every internet channel you might desire.

Past the living room is our Florida room, perfect for watching the waterfront views through the full wall panoramic window overlooking the intracoastal.

Off to the side is the pool room. The family will have a blast relaxing and shooting pool on this regulation-size table. In the corner of this room, you will find the downstairs bathroom. This bathroom is equipped with a full shower tower with 12+ different jet options to make sure that your shower is a fully immersive spa experience.

From there, you can make you way into the fully modernized kitchen. The kitchen boasts three fully marble waterfalls, highlighting the gorgeous grain of the natural stone. All of the appliances are brand new black slate stainless appliances with Wi-Fi for smart connections.

In the corner of the kitchen, you will find our NESPRESSO coffee bar, complete with everything you would need to make the perfect latte. The kitchen comes fully furnishes with every glass/plate/cutlery/pot/pans/etc, that you imagine. This space is the cook's dream!

Attached to the kitchen you will find the laundry room. Our oversized, brand new, smart washer/dryer in slate are sitting ready for you to wash, dry, and fold just like you would at your own home. Every appliance is brand new!

As you take the steps upstairs, you will be able to step into the extra large spa style bathroom. This bathroom features floor-to-ceiling marble tile, as well as an oversized rain shower. In the corner, you will notice the extra deep, freestanding soaker tub, perfect for relaxing and pampering. Imagine winding your days down in this spa-style environment.

As you step across the hall, you will find yourself in the study/office. This office is equipped with a Wi-Fi printer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, smart tv, and a natural grain desk with chair for a perfect working environment. Best of all, the office views are unbeatable! Spend your day working from home, watching the water go by! Also, don't forget about the queen size leather day bed, for the perfect night's rest!

The master bedroom is equipped with a 12 inch gel memory Foam king mattress that is guaranteed to set you right to sleep. The oversized pillows and luxury bedding are sure to make your night as comfy as possible. A 55inch smart tv is mounted to the wall just in case you want to catch a show as you are dozing off. And, don't worry, there is ample storage space for your clothing in the closet and dresser.

The third bedroom also includes a king-size 12 inch memory foam mattress as well as a smart tv mounted to the wall. This beautiful bedroom may have the best view in the house as it overlooks the water and backyard.

As you go outside to the backyard, you will step into the greatest feature of the entire property. Just steps away from the modern, you have every outdoor amenity imaginable. The oversized wood deck includes a grill and smoker as well as an outdoor ice chest to keep the drinks cool. The outdoor dining table can seat up to twelve guests so you can enjoy the perfect weather over a meal with the entire family.

On the raised deck, you will find a massive covered gazebo with ceiling fans, outdoor lighting, and Sonos Speaker. Under the gazebo if a fully concrete seating area and fire pit table to relax underneath.

This fully fenced yard also includes its own water fountain so that you can hear and see the water all at the same time. If you have a pet, don't worry. We have a fully operational doggy door and side yard dedicated just for you!
