LIGHT, BRIGHT AND AIRY! The apartment has been completely renovated and all of the flooring, cabinets, appliances, fixtures and furniture are brand new.

Bedroom1 features a Queen bed with a memory foam mattress and walk in closet.
Bedroom 2 offers two Full beds with memory foam mattresses and walk in closet.
Black out shades are found throughout the apartment for comfort and privacy.

The sofa bed in the living room pulls out to a queen bed, with a memory foam mattress for extra comfort. Additional linens and pillows are provided in the bedroom closet.

The brand new kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, including a blender, cookware and utensils ( just to name a few ) and all appliances; refrigerator, range, microwave , dishwasher and toaster.

Towards the back of the property there is a beautiful built in BBQ area, featuring an electric grill, cooking sink and a gorgeous quartz counter top, perfect for prep space.

There are also comfortable chairs and side tables great for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Be sure to relax in the fun swinging chair, perfect for unwinding and taking in the warm Florida sun!

Check in time is 4pm. Access to the property is keyless and contactless. You will be able to self -check in any time after check-in time. The day before your arrival you will receive the check in instructions with the code to the front door.
FREE on- site parking is available. Parking spaces are assigned and will reflect your apartment #. A parking diagram will be emailed to you at time of booking.

Guests have access to the amenity area towards the back of the property which features the BBQ area and lounge seating.

The apartment is a short walk to downtown Lake Worth Beach, Lake Ave and Lucerne Ave, restaurants, art galleries and shopping. PBI airport is a quick 10 minute drive and West Palm Beach is only 15 minutes.

Whether you want to take in the suns rays on Lake Worth's sand filled beach which is located just 1 mile from M Lake Worth Beach, spend the afternoon on a boat ride over to Peanut Island, or opt to take a leisurely scenic tour of the Lake Worth Lagoon, Lake Worth Beach has all the water activities your heart desires. The beach offers oceanfront restaurants, a park, restrooms, and picnic facilities as well as beach chairs, loungers and cabanas available to rent.

The beautiful William O. Lockhart Municipal Pier is a few feet away and a very popular spot to watch the sunset.
Practice your swing at the Lake Worth Golf Course or Par 3 on Palm Beach located just a few minutes by car.

Enjoy all the amenities of John Prince Park like tennis and volleyball courts, softball fields, kayaking and canoeing, nature trails, dog parks, and more.

Snook Islands Natural Area and Bryant Park also offer relaxing outdoor space to picnic, have fun with friends, and enjoy the views.

Palm Beach International Airport is a quick 15 minute drive from the property, therefore making it the closet airport. Fort Lauderdale Airport is also within close proximity at only approximately 45 minutes from the property.

The Brightline and Tri Rail are both great train options. The Bright line is a stylish train with stations in West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. They offer food and beverage aboard and create an unforgettable experience. The Tri Rail has many local stations including Lake Worth, Delray and Boca.

Palm Tran is the public transit system serving Palm Beach County. Be sure to check their website for bus routes and scheduled.

Coffee, tea and other refreshments are offered complimentary.
