Having a private dock and shared swim pad makes it so easy to access the crystal clear waters of Rosen Lake. The views from your huge wrap around deck are stunning. End your day around the fire pit roasting marshmallows and hot dogs with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
There are 100’s of kms of running, hiking, biking and quading trails accessed from the house, a dream for anyone who loves outdoor activities.
Dog friendly. 1 dog up to 35 lbs.
The boat slip is 87 inches wide X 20 feet long and is 2 feet deep in the centre. You cannot tie your boat to the floating dock as the dock and your boat will get damaged. If your boat is too large, you can launch it for the day and then bring it back to the parking lot when done.
Motor boats are allowed between the hours of 10 am and 8 pm. The community of Lake Rosen appreciates and enforces "no wake boats". Lake Koocanusa is a short 10 minute drive away.
The property is equipped with decibel monitoring software. Our neighbours would appreciate you respecting our zero-tolerance policy to noise complaints and the quiet time rules being respected. Due to the new regulations at Rosen Lake, capacity cannot exceed 9 total guests or fines mayl occur. Max. 6 parking spots.
