As I was alone on this trip with my daughter, ensuring our surroundings were secure was paramount, and I'm pleased to say that we felt completely at ease in the neighborhood. The sight of the donkeys in one of the neighboring yards added an extra touch of delight to our experience. Additionally, the responsiveness of the owners to any inquiries was commendable. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

Perfect location for anyone wishing to attend the Sun & Fun Expo and even see the Blue Angles go by.

Good security locks and Owners always willing to work with the guests should any questions arise. Only 5 miles from Interstate 4, 40 minutes from Tampa and 50 minutes from Orlando. Perfect location for all that central Florida has to offer.

As mentioned above visiting family who came over for dinner where one night we grilled out and enjoyed the outdoor patio space and let the three boys run and play in the backyard. The house is as pictured and more. Such a nice place to stay.

Quaint & Quiet
